The processes I share with my clients are designed to be simple, but that doesn't mean that creating change in our life is easy. It takes work and commitment. 

If you're just after information, I'm not your man. I'm only interested in transformation and hopefully, so are you.

My job is to be your guide, teach you skills and provide you with tools. I can't create the change you seek for you. You need to do the work.

The majority of people who contact me tend to run their own businesses, have kids and are over 35. If you're reading this and you don't fall into that category, that doesn't mean this isn't for you.

Regardless of what you do for a living, how old you are or where you currently are in life...

Ways To Work With Me

1:1 Personalised Coaching, Therapy And Hypnosis.

While it's true that most of us experience very similar problems, the way we experience them and the impact they have can be very different. 

You'll likely benefit from a personalised plan/approach if you have a specific situation or issue you would like to address.

I'll conduct an in-depth assessment and conceptualisation session when we begin working together. That's a fancy way of saying I'll find out exactly what's happening and why, so together, we can decide on the best course of action for you.

We'll be taking a 'multi-modal' approach to getting you from where you are to where you want to be. This means we will be looking at three aspects - what you are thinking, feeling, and doing, relevant to the problem and our goal.

There are many approaches that I can take with clients depending on their specific situation. 

  • High Performance Coaching
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Evidence-based Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy (CBH) 
  • 'Third-wave' CBT models such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

For some clients, one sole approach might be best. But, for most, there will be a combination of these approaches.

For example, my High Performance Hypno-CBT® approach. This involves applying high performance practices to your life while utilising CBT to help you manage unhelpful thoughts, feelings and habits. We'll also use evidence-based hypnosis to make our sessions together even more impactful throughout the process.

Following our assessment session, which approach will work best for you will become clear.

We'll use whatever gets you the results you seek in the shortest possible time.

For certain situations, one session of high performance coaching, integrating CBT tools and techniques, might be all that is required to help you.

If so, we'll spend 60-90 minutes together working on your problem and you'll leave with clear action steps.

This process works when you are stuck in one specific area and have a clear, specific and measurable goal that can be achieved in a short time frame.

After an agreed interval, we'll have a follow-up call to check on your progress.

If we decide that it would be beneficial for you to have more than one session, we'll book some more—a simple, easy and efficient approach to getting the help you need, when you need it. 

Freedom Engineering - From Resistance To Results (6 Week Curriculum based programme)

This fixed curriculum programme lays the foundations for change across all areas of your life. You can work with me through the process 1:1 or as part of a small group.

This isn't an information product or a course where you simply watch videos without taking any real action. Instead, it is a task-based intensive.

You'll be given instructions on various tasks over six weeks, and you can only proceed when you have completed each task set.

There's a lot of work to be done.

If you commit 100% and play full out, you'll experience a massive shift and have the systems, processes, and tools to reach your goals.

I've been running versions of this programme for six years, and many of the clients whose results you can see here went through this process.

Over the years, I have been tweaking the system to produce better results in less time.

You'll be able to apply and use what you learn for years to come across all areas of your life.

Since 2018, I've only offered this process on a 1:1 basis, but in 2022, I will again be offering it in a group format, so more people have access.

Mini Workshops Online - Various Topics

In 2022, I'll be launching a series of mini-workshops. The majority of these will be in the region of two hours. Each workshop will target a specific area for change or high performance, CBT or hypnotic process that you can use in your business and life.

Workshops currently planned include:

Beliefs Engineering - learn how to identify and modify the unconscious beliefs and rules holding you back.

Procrastination Therapy - procrastination is a serious issue that causes people severe distress. In this workshop, you'll learn how to overcome it.

Strategic Self-Hypnosis - you might not know it, but you already process excellent hypnotic skills. The problem is that you've hypnotised yourself to believe things that don't serve you. In this workshop, you'll learn how to 'rewire' your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to take the actions that deliver the results you desire.
